I have hypoglycemia and have started to change my habits. I am stuck on the exercise part. Not getting myself to do it but how to keep my bloodsugar stable afterwards. The answer is have a snack but what? How many calories so I can still lose wt?Prot+vege/fruit-what besides celery and peanut butter? Are protien drinks ok on the diabetic diet? I hope to move forward but I need answers. Sometimes I do a Spin class and a weight lifting class and occassionally a pilates/yoga class so a lot of calories are burned.
